State Rep. Duane Milne, Ph.D. presented House Resolution (HR) 563 today to members of the Chester County Food Bank (CCFB). The resolution, introduced by Rep. Milne last week in the PA House of Representatives, recognizes the food bank’s efforts in feeding the hungry of Chester County.
